Building 4 is available now, Building 5 Suite 501 is available October 1, 2026, and Buildings 6 through 9 are pre-leasing. Construction on a pre-leased building can begin within 60 days of a signed lease, which is a construction start rather than a move-in date.

Shop, storage, and vehicles in one place

The layout matters as much as the square footage. Drive aisles through the park are wide stabilized crushed concrete, and the bays are drive-in with insulated overhead doors. Outside, there is yard area for trailers, equipment, containers, and fleet vehicles, leased separately and subject to current availability. If you are moving something unusually heavy or long, tell us and we will confirm whether it works here.

Many tenants lease one bay for tools and inventory and add outdoor parking for the trucks and trailers that used to sit at their house.

Build the shop out the way you work

Build-out work is available and is usually where a shop becomes genuinely useful: a front office and restroom, mezzanine storage for slow-moving inventory, insulation to hold temperature and cut noise, and lighting and power planned around your equipment. These are optional items rather than features included in every suite.

Insulation upgrades commonly include 2" sprayed closed cell foam. If you reserve space before the interior is finished, the layout gets designed with you.
